Katrin Tiidenberg, PhD Tallinn University, Estonia, School of Governance, Law and Society Katrin Tiidenberg teaches sociology, research methods and social media at Tallinn University in Estonia. Her primary research areas include visual self presentation on social media, selfie-culture, identity and community construction online. She is also interested in the socio-cultural aspects of digital reading experiences (i.e. internet fan fiction) and youth’s social media practices as non-formal political participation.
